You have a great eye for design and attention to detail. I think it's amazing that you drove most of the work behind what the app looks and feels like today. I think it's one of the reasons we can pass ourselves off as an older, more mature company than we really are.
At the same time, I see you're not satisfied with "good enough", and you're often advocating for ways our design and product could improve. On a day to day basis, you have a great work ethic. When I collaborate with you or ask you to do something I know it's going to happen, and it's going to be done at a high quality of work. If anything, I'd like to see you speak up withy your opinions and insights more often. I think we would all benefit.
